1. Cancellation Policy
a. Free Plan
No cancellation is required for the Free plan. You may stop using the service at any time.
b. Paid Plans
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No partial cancellations: If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, access remains active until the period ends.
- Auto-renewals: All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
2. Refund Policy
Lin-k.ai operates on a no-refund policy for all paid subscriptions. This includes but is not limited to:
- Mid-cycle cancellations
- Accidental purchases
- Unused features
- Subscription downgrades
Exception – Technical Issues
If you experience significant, platform-wide technical issues that prevent you from using the core features of lin-k.ai and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our sole discretion.
3. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in immediate termination of your account and restriction from future use of lin-k.ai.
